La situación de inseguridad que se vive dentro y fuera de los centros de salud así como la falta de insumos médicos y de instalaciones adecuadas atenta contra el cumplimiento satisfactorio del Derecho a la Salud, de Calidad, Gratuita, Oportuna, Digna.
